I wasn't always explosive. Growing up I was the least athletic guy on the court. Couldn't even touch the net. Too slow. Too weak. Coaches didn't believe in me. My potential went unseen.
What I had was obsession. Hunger. The determination to prove them wrong.
I spent years studying athletic performance, testing everything on myself, failing and trying again until I figured it out. I went from completely unathletic to competing at a high level, all through self-researched training.
I built ELEV8 to give every athlete the system, the guidance and the support I wish I had when I was 14.
